Kane Brown's new collaboration with Shania Twain is built as a twist on her "Boots" hit — a reworking rather than a straight duet.
Read it as strategy, not nostalgia. Twain remains one of the few country artists whose catalog plays cleanly to pop audiences, and Brown has spent his career on that same border. Pairing them is the least risky big swing either could take.
Brown performed at the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 17, 2026.
